This document ("Terms of Service") governs your use of the HelloRewards.App platform ("the Platform"), provided by HelloRewards.App ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration and Membership
1. To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials secure.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
3. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Platform Usage
1. The Platform allows company users to issue coupons and rewards, and customer users to redeem these coupons and earn points.
2. The coupons, rewards, and points are subject to availability and terms set by the company users. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of the coupons and rewards offered.
3. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Service.
4. You are responsible for any content you submit or upload to the Platform, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing the services.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
1. All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and software, belong to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or modify our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
1. To the extent permitted by law, HelloRewards.App and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
2. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content, products, services, or information provided by third-party company users or other users of the Platform.
6. Termination
1. We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or applicable laws.
2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any remaining account balances, rewards, or points may be forfeited.
7. Subscription Payment for Company Users
1. HelloRewards.App offers subscription plans with associated fees for company users worldwide.
2. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in the pricing and billing terms provided during the subscription process.
3. Subscription fees are billed in the currency specified and are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by applicable authorities. You are responsible for paying any such taxes or fees.
4. Payment for subscription fees shall be made according to the selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) and the payment method chosen during the subscription process.
5. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription or access to certain features of HelloRewards.App.
6. HelloRewards.App reserves the right to modify the subscription fees and billing terms with prior notice. Such modifications will be effective upon the commencement of the next billing cycle.
7. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in applicable refund policies.
8. Modifications to the Terms of Service
1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administraive Region (HKSAR).
2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the competent courts of Hong Kong Special Administraive Region (HKSAR).
